- These units have a king size bed and a sofa,
all have a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 electric burners,
small refrigerator, flatware for four, cable TV and telephone,
linens and utilities. Air-conditioned with window units, plus
a ceiling fan in each one of them.
- Only a few steps to the sandy beach.
- Location:
- These condos are not in the main hotel zone
or in downtown Cancun. They are located in Punta Sam, about
10 minutes by taxi north of downtown Cancun, near the beach on
the Bahia de Mujeres side, across from Isla Mujeres. The
main hotel zone and beaches are south of downtown Cancun, this
is the oceanfront and beaches north of downtown Cancun, near the
ferry to Isla Mujeres. The condos provide a free shuttle
that runs between Punta Sam, downtown Cancun, and the hotel zone.
- If you want to be on the beach, but away from
Cancun's very developed main hotel zone, this location is a plus.
But if you will want to be spending time in the main hotel zone
frequently, it will be a 20 to 45 minute shuttle ride each direction.
- Cost:
- A additional deposit is required.
- Rates include twice a week maid service and
airport transfers.
- Not available during January and February.
- All-Inclusive Option: The all inclusive food,
drinks and entertainment option may be paid on a daily basis at
the front desk. Since you will be a guest of an owner, you will
receive a 50% discount on the all inclusive program. Inquire
