  • The condos are in downtown Cancun in a nice residential neighborhood, near the Plaza del Toros (bullfight arena) and the Plaza Las Americas shopping mall, where you can experience the "real" Cancun away from the tourist areas.
  • The apartments are about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a 5 - 10 minute bus or taxi ride to the school.  They are about a 15 minute bus ride to the nearest beach.
  • This is a budget property and is not a hotel.  Apartments are sparsely furnished, and you may experience brief hot water shortages, etc., but they are clean and in a nice neighborhood, and it is a good price for a furnished apartment in downtown Cancun on a short-term rental.
