Blue Lagoon Property Description

• You must be enrolled as a student with us during your entire stay at Blue Lagoon to be eligible for these rates.  However, they are flexible with arriving a few days before you start classes and staying a few days beyond your last class.
• The discounted weekly student rates are on a space-availability basis, and therefore cannot be confirmed more than a couple of weeks in advance of your arrival. These condos are usually rented to long-term residents and also to tourists on a higher per-night basis. 
• These condos are NOT available during the Christmas and New Year's Holiday weeks
• One bedroom suites that are large and nicely decorated.
• Each condo has a private balcony, kitchenette, and air conditioning.
• Most rooms do not have a t.v.
• Rooms do not have a phone.
• The condos have a pool that overlooks the lagoon.
• Rooms at this rate are run-of-house and do not guarantee a lagoon view.
• Blue Lagoon does not allow more than two guests in the room. 
• The condos are in the hotel zone, near the convention center, and are directly on the lagoon in a nice residential neighborhood.
• They are about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the beach.  They are about a 10 minute bus ride to the school.
• This property is highly recommended by the school.  At $29 per night on a weekly or monthly rental, this is a nice property and an excellent value for the money.

Cost

• A $100 USD deposit is required to reserve this property.  $50 will be used as a damage deposit, and $50 will be applied toward your first week's rent.
• A $50 damage deposit is required by the property.  And since electricity is included in the price, if you ever leave your condo and leave the AC running, you will lose your deposit.
• There is no maid service, but you can pay the maid on an as-needed basis to clean your condo.
• No credit cards accepted.  You must pay in cash at the condos.
• The price is $220 USD per week single occupancy, or $250 USD per week double occupancy.  No more than two guests per room are allowed.
